If your are on if the many people who’s ditched your watch
because your Smartphone tells time, then your wrist is likely naked.
You know there are a lot of tech companies fight to change
that. The latest to naked a play is Fit bit, which on Thursday announced Force,
its second activity-tracking wristband.
The force which is available via Fitbit.com for $129.95 and
will hit shelves at stores like Best Buy and target in the coming weeks, is
part watch and part fitness tracker, display everything from the time to
fitness stats strictly on screen.
Like the Flex the Force is a silicone wristband. The band is
just slightly wider, and it’s a little bit thicker. It still fits comfortably
under the cuff on a long salved shirt though and doesn’t make it look like you
have a horrible arm fracture.
The startup does not share the number of device it has sold,
but says its product is available in 20,000 North American retail stores and
across 27 countries.
