The wait for the latest iPad5 is about to get over, with the
tech giant Apple unveiling its product on October 22.
According to Apple the gadget will have a sleek new design
but lack the most-hyped fingerprint scanning feature of iPhone5S.
iPad 5 is also likely to come with narrower side bezels held
in portrait mode which should reduce the width of the device by 16mm or 9
percent.
The iPad 5 will be a lot thinner than the iPad 4 with some
rumors suggesting that it could be 15% thinner than iPad 4, which is 9.4 mm
thick.
The new iPad 5 is also rumored to be significantly lighter
than the iPad 4. According to some rumors it could be 25% to 33% lighter than
the iPad 4.
The new device is also expected to have an 8 megapixel
camera, while the iPad Mini 2 will have a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels.
